There is a block of rooms held at Bear River Casino & Hotel, which can be found on the Travel tab. There are also tons of cute Air BNBs, VRBOs, and Bed and Breakfasts located in Ferndale! A few options are linked in the Travel tab.

The star of the show will be barbecued Chicken Thighs and Tri-Tip! For sides there will be a green salad, pasta salad, rolls and some other options as well. It will be served buffet style. There will also be some appetizers during cocktail hour.

The dress code is Cowboy Formal (https://pin.it/tTvTpg3W8). The link will give you some ideas. But in truth, it does not matter to us what you are wearing as long as you are comfortable. You have to be able to dance the night away! We want to share our day with you, no matter what you wear!!

Alcoholic beverages include two signature cocktails, beer, and prosecco. For those that do not want to be hungover come Sunday, well have soda, water, lemonade, and iced tea.

Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM, so please allow enough time to park and be seated before start time. If you are late, no dinner for you! Just kidding, but please arrive on time, or wait for the ceremony to be over to avoid disruption.

Looks can be very deceiving, when it comes to the weather in October. It will likely be warm during the day, however it can be quite chilly in the evenings. Once the fog rolls in any inkling of heat dissipates quickly! So please think to bring a sweater or jacket, if you tend to get cold. There is a fire place, and heaters in the barn.
